A cropped bomber cut from a light woven fabric with a faint lustre, so the surface picks up a soft sheen without looking glassy. The body is short, finishing at the waist, and the hem is closed with a deep rib that pulls the jacket in and holds it there. The same ribbing runs around the collar, which stands low against the neck, and around both cuffs. A full length zip runs up the centre front and stops at the top of the collar, and the sleeves are set with a dropped shoulder so the arm has room to move. Two welt pockets are cut in at the hip just above the ribbed band.
