Refund policy

At Marie Voss, your satisfaction comes first. That is why we offer a 30-day return guarantee on every order, with free return shipping for all customers in Ireland.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase. Items that show signs of use beyond trying them on may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Free Returns with Prepaid Label

Return shipping is free for all customers in Ireland. Once your return is approved, we will email you a free prepaid return label, along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. No restocking fees apply. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@marievoss.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our team will reply within 24 hours on business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the label and drop the parcel off at the indicated collection point.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed automatically.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember that your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at support@marievoss.com.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted under the conditions listed above. The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

8. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, as the merchandise is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the Consumer Rights Directive. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, with its tags and in its original packaging. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU law.
