1. 30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. 6-Month Quality Warranty (Replacement)

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Marie Voss offers an exclusive 6-month warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your item proves to be faulty within 6 months of purchase, we will provide a direct replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at support@marievoss.com. Kindly include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the reason for the return

  • Photographs if the item is faulty or damaged

Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address within 24 hours.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank statement.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For faulty items under our 6-month warranty, we will handle the replacement process directly.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
