  • Do you ship internationally? No. At this time, Marie Voss exclusively serves the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy? We offer an industry-leading 90-day money-back guarantee. You have three full months from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is the right fit for you.

  • Are there any fees for returns? No. Returns are 100% free. We do not charge restocking fees or administration costs for any returns or exchanges.

  • How do I return an item? Simply email us at support@marievoss.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your package to our returns processing center.
