1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

2. Shipping Times & Costs

We aim to provide a seamless delivery experience. Our standard shipping terms are:

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the UK.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your delivery directly through our carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we are a UK-registered company (CRN 82736548), all orders shipped to UK addresses already include relevant taxes. You will not be charged any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

6. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

Marie Voss is responsible for your order until it is delivered to your specified address.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage.
