A hooded knit jacket worked in a heavy rib and banded with wide colour block stripes that run straight across the body and carry on through the sleeves. The stripes are deep enough to read from a distance and the rib gives each one a corded texture. A full length zip runs up the centre front and finishes at the base of the hood, which is knitted in the same rib and cut deep enough to pull right up. Two patch pockets are stitched on at the hip in a matching band, and the cuffs and hem are worked in a tighter rib that holds the weight of the knit without dropping.
