A vertical plastron panel, made of a wide band of fabric with fine pleats at chest level, travels from the neckline to the hem along the centre of the front, and it splits into a small V opening at the neck below a low round collar. Bold large-scale flowers and fine outlined blooms with foliage are printed across the whole blouse, back included, on a smooth crepe with a satin-like finish. The long sleeves puff at the shoulder and end in narrow smocked elastic cuffs with a soft frill. Loose in shape, the hem is straight and stops at the high hip, around the waistband of trousers.
