Soft ribbed knitting runs through the body of this jumper, and a scalloped lace edging traces the V neckline so the opening reads decorative rather than plain. Down the centre front a narrow crochet band is set in, its open work catching the light against the closed stitch on either side. The sleeves are cut long and wide through the arm, then taper to a cuff closed by a neat row of buttons that can be left open or done up. The hem finishes straight and the overall line stays easy through the waist without clinging.
