This jumper is worked in a chunky cable knit, with vertical twists running the full length of the body, sleeves and back for a heavily textured finish. A soft, brushed yarn moves through an ombre of pink, purple, pale blue and caramel in repeating horizontal bands, giving the knit real depth of colour alongside its texture. The round neckline sits in a plain rib, and the dropped shoulder carries into a generous balloon sleeve that rounds out through the upper arm before gathering at a ribbed cuff. A ribbed hem finishes the jumper at the hip, holding its shape under the volume of the sleeve above. Warm and substantial to wear, it makes a good outer layer on its own on cooler days, or an extra layer under a coat when it turns colder.
