Brushed twill flannel gives this checked shirt a soft, warm surface. Six light wooden buttons run from collar to hem, with one more on the flap of each of the two chest pockets. The classic collar and straight shoulder keep the outline neat, and the loose long sleeves end in single-button cuffs that fold back easily. At the back a straight yoke sits above a central pleat with no pocket, and the curved hem is longer at the back than at the front, landing between the high hip and the hip. It can be worn open as a layer or buttoned as a shirt.
