  • You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Circumstances

We accept returns for the following circumstances:

  • Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the 90-day window for a full refund.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Fees and Costs

  • Restocking Fees: We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is FREE for all customers within the United Kingdom.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

  • Method of Refund: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
