3. Timelines

  • Approval: Within 2 business days of receiving the item.

  • Credit: Approved refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method.

  • Banking Window: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • In these cases, a full refund or a free replacement will be issued immediately upon verification, without waiting for the standard 90-day window.
